This was originally a numbered, limited-edition CDR we assembled for a 2002 U.S. tour. We made 100 copies to sell and give away. All of the tracks were recorded live or during rehearsals, and the notes about what came from when and where have been lost long ago. Do note that while this has been mildly remastered, it's still old stereo room recordings so the sound is a bit rough! Enjoy.
